Still-creating God, open my eyes to all that you want me to see. Open my mind to all that you would have me know. Open my heart to all that you would have me love. Open my spirit to the fullness of your design for me so that I can fulfill your purposes.
Lord, knowing you love me sparks my desire to follow you. Watching as you tend to your world with creativity and imagination leaves me in awe. Thank you for inspiring me to move beyond what I know and open myself to your invitation to partner with you in all the ways you call me. As I work and as I rest, may I always be living as you desire. My deepest hope is to please you.
Send me, O God, into this day with only one purpose: to love you with my whole being and love others as you love them. I trust that you will guide my thoughts and actions and I am grateful. In the precious name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
