STEWARDSHIP SNAPSHOT

Why Do We Need to Pray for Tithes and Offerings?

We pray for tithes and offerings in order that God will be at work in all we do. We do this in faith that God will multiply our offerings, guide us to do his will in the world and help us grow in our discipleship.

When we pray for the offering, we include all gifts, including electronic giving, mailed giving and non-monetary gifts of time and talents.

Coming soon, the seatback giving cards will include both electronic giving and non-monetary giving options.

No matter how we give to Heritage UMC, we want to show all our gifts being blessed during our service. Please consider placing something in the offering plate each week as a symbol of your gift to God.
