Just a quick note: Due to Covid restrictions the only folks you will see in our worship services are members of the worship team making the service happen. Some weeks will have a few more than others depending on what is happening in worship, but we are being very careful in limiting everyones exposure.

Christmas Eve Services

Christmas Eve Service Reminders:
For the live streaming Christmas Eve Service, Wednesday night, December 23 at 6:30pm be sure you have a candle ready to light for the singing of ‘Silent Night’ at the end of the service. Just because we are not together in the sanctuary doesn’t mean we can’t spread the light of Christ and fill our world with that light.
Don’t forget the following for the Under the Stars Service on Thursday, December 24 at 6:00 pm:
1. A battery operated candle for each person in your car to use during ‘Silent Night’. If you don’t have one, we will provide one for you.
2. Bring your luminary from your Advent Bag. We will be placing the luminaries around the church circle drive prior to the service.
3. We will be be broadcasting on our radio station 90.5 so you can tune in from your car in the parking lot if its cold outside.
4. Our Christmas Eve offering this year will be going to our Mission Shares, ushers will be available that night to collect any donations.

Special Notice:
Our computer system will be going through some updates this weekend from Friday evening, December 18th through Monday morning, December 21. During this time, we will not have access to our emails or computers. If you have a church emergency, please call or text Melissa on her cell phone at 913-748-6414 and she will get in touch with the necessary staff member to assist you. Otherwise, we will respond to your emails on Monday afternoon.

Check out our Facebook page on Monday’s for our weekly Missions Team Call to Action. Also, the Missions team will continue to have curbside drop off Sundays’ from 9:30-11 at Heritage House where you can drop off any of the needed items.
