March Missions Team Project
Socks and Underwear for reStart
During the month of March, we will be collecting new socks and new underwear for men, women and children.
Drop off donations at Missions table in Fellowship Hall
FYI- Socks are the most needed and least donated articles of clothing in homeless shelters.

Thank you to the Missions Team for leading Lent Live this past Wednesday night. We enjoyed eating together and serving together. We put together Hope Tote Hygiene Kits for Cross-Lines, assembled baby bags for Growing Futures, made and packed sack lunches for Cross-Lines, and stuffed Easter eggs for the upcoming HUMC Easter Egg Hunt! Great job Heritage! Way to be in service together as Team Jesus to others in need. Check out the t-shirt cutouts on the office window to see how we are ‘Living Lent’ and being ‘Team Jesus’ in the World.

March 8 we will grow together. Rotations include Bible & Prayer Time, led by Pastor Maria and Care Cards & Journaling Time, led by Jenny Hallam & Dawn Beck. March 8 meal – Pizza
March 22
March 22 we will worship together. Join the worship Team for dinner church worship in Fellowship Hall. Meal – Deli Sandwiches & Chips
Pick up a flyer in Fellowship Hall or contact the church office for all the LENT LIVE details. Each LENT LIVE stands alone. If you can’t make them all just come to the ones you can!

We invite you to walk the Stations of the Cross, locatated in Rm 106 any time during regular church hours:
Sundays before and after worship
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am – 3pm
At Lent Live Wednesdays
We suggest you allow 15-30 minutes to walk The Stations of The Cross. Each station has a scripture to read, simple activity to do, meditation and prayer. All Church Brunch Sunday, March 19

Don’t forget that all church events are great opportunities to wear your Team Jesus t-shirt! The grocery store is also a great place to wear your Team Jesus t-shirt! Maybe it will help strike up a conversation with someone who wants to know Jesus. Invite them to church, Lent Live dinner and fun, the Easter Egg Hunt, Easter worship or any HUMC event or activity and let others know they are part of Team Jesus too!
