This summer, we are looking at a small collection of Pixar's movies to see what life lessons they have to teach us. More often than not, those same lessons are found throughout the scriptures. Where do we find our identity? Fear or joy, which has more power? What do we need to be happy, and how do we navigate consumer culture? How do we face our emotions and the ups and downs of life? How do we remember and honor those who have gone before us? Do any of us really know what the future holds? How do we face our greatest fears? I am nothing special, and have not been given any gifts, what am I to do? How do we face the greatest threats in our world? These are the driving questions of our movies and of scripture. It is our hope that through this series, we are able to see God in new and different ways.
